What Find Healthcare is

Find Healthcare is Pathra's healthcare discovery directory, organized around Hospitals, Doctors, Clinics, Laboratories, Pharmacies, and Ambulance, with more specific specialties or services often shown within individual listings. It's built to help you discover healthcare facilities and services and find a place to start — it's a directory, not a certification scheme.

What information the directory contains

A listing may include information such as the provider or facility name, location and address, phone number, facility type, ownership information where available, services or specialties, a website, and availability information where available. Not every listing contains every field, and not every field is necessarily current.

How directory information is sourced, verified, and can change

Pathra's directory is assembled from available provider and healthcare-service information and may draw on different sources. The type and extent of source information can vary between listings. Pathra continues to review and improve directory information over time.

Verification can vary between listings. Some information may have been checked against available sources, but this does not mean every detail of every listing has been independently verified.

Healthcare information changes — phone numbers, addresses, opening hours, services offered, provider availability, operating status, and websites can all change over time. Where a listing shows hours or availability, that information is provided to help with discovery and may not reflect real-time availability.

Before you rely on a listing

Before travelling to or relying on a listed provider, we'd recommend confirming directly with them:

Provider listings are not endorsements

A provider appearing in Find Healthcare does not mean Pathra endorses, recommends, certifies, approves, or guarantees that provider, and it isn't a ranking of provider quality. Pathra doesn't label providers as "best," "top," "trusted," or similar, and doesn't determine whether a particular provider is clinically appropriate for you.

Provider responsibility

Healthcare providers are responsible for their own services, clinical care, staff, pricing, appointment arrangements, operating hours, availability, treatment decisions, and outcomes. Appearing in Find Healthcare doesn't transfer any of that responsibility to Pathra.

Ambulance listings

Ambulance is one of Find Healthcare's discovery categories. This means the directory can help you find ambulance-related services or numbers where listed — it does not mean Pathra dispatches, books, or tracks ambulances, or monitors emergency response. If you need to reach an ambulance service found through Pathra, contact that provider directly.

Corrections and reviews

Find Healthcare currently lets you submit a review of a provider or request a correction to their information. In the current version, this stays in your own browser — it isn't currently transmitted to Pathra, isn't visible to a moderation team, doesn't appear publicly, and doesn't automatically update the directory. Pathra is developing its approach to provider participation and directory management over time.

Pathra's role and limitations

Pathra's role in Find Healthcare is to help you discover healthcare services, find possible starting points, locate relevant types of providers, and access available provider information — including contacting a provider directly where contact information is listed.

Find Healthcare helps you discover services. It does not determine which provider is medically appropriate for you — see the Healthcare / Medical Disclaimer for more on that boundary. Pathra doesn't currently book appointments, process payments to providers, dispatch ambulances, provide clinical care, diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee provider availability or healthcare outcomes.
