These Terms explain the rules for using Pathra's website and current public services. By using Pathra, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
About these Terms
These Terms explain the rules for using Pathra's website and current public services. By using Pathra, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Simply viewing a public Pathra page doesn't create a healthcare relationship with Pathra.
Pathra is a healthcare navigation platform. Our current public services include Find Healthcare, Talk to Pathra, Wellness, and Pathra Insights.
These Terms cover Pathra's public website and current public-facing services. They don't cover internal Pathra systems, or future services such as provider dashboards, patient accounts, care-coordination infrastructure, or payment products — those would have their own terms if and when they're introduced.
These Terms work alongside Pathra's Privacy & Data Notice, which explains what happens to information when you use Pathra. Pathra's healthcare-related limitations are also addressed in a separate Healthcare / Medical Disclaimer, which will form part of the site's legal information once published.
Using Pathra
You can browse Find Healthcare and read Pathra Insights without providing any information. Some parts of Pathra — like Wellness, or contacting us through Talk to Pathra — involve information you choose to provide, as described in our Privacy & Data Notice.
By using Pathra, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and in line with these Terms.
Find Healthcare
Find Healthcare is a healthcare discovery directory. It helps you discover hospitals, doctors, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, ambulance services, and other healthcare facilities and services represented in the directory — including information such as provider names, locations, addresses, phone numbers, facility types, specialties or services, and websites.
Directory information can change, and listings vary in how thoroughly they've been verified. Please confirm important details directly with a provider before relying on them. A listing in Find Healthcare doesn't mean Pathra endorses or certifies that provider, and it isn't a guarantee of a provider's quality, availability, or that a particular service is appropriate for you.
Pathra doesn't currently book appointments, process payments to providers, sell healthcare services, or guarantee that a provider will be available. If you contact or visit a provider found through Pathra, the healthcare relationship is between you and that provider — Pathra isn't the healthcare provider simply because a provider appears in Find Healthcare, and Pathra isn't responsible for a provider's treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, fees, waiting times, availability, or outcomes.
Talk to Pathra
Talk to Pathra is a free navigation and general guidance channel, available by phone (0701 000 0100) and WhatsApp. It can help you think through where to start and find healthcare services.
Talk to Pathra is not a doctor, a nurse, a medical consultation, telemedicine, emergency dispatch, or clinical triage. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, provide emergency medical care, replace a healthcare professional, or dispatch ambulances. If you believe someone needs immediate emergency medical attention, seek emergency medical care immediately — do not rely on Talk to Pathra for emergencies.

Pathra Wellness
Pathra Wellness is a personal wellness companion. It works directly in your browser, storing information locally on your device. It doesn't require an account or a password, doesn't currently sync across devices, and doesn't currently send your Wellness information to a Pathra server.
Wellness is not a medical record and not a clinical care plan. You enter your own information into Wellness, and you shouldn't rely on it as a substitute for professional healthcare. Wellness isn't medically validated, doesn't diagnose conditions, and doesn't clinically monitor you — Pathra doesn't have visibility into your Wellness data.

Pathra Insights
Pathra Insights is our public informational content about finding and understanding healthcare. Reading it doesn't require an account. Insights articles are general information, not individualized medical advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.
Reviews and directory corrections
Find Healthcare currently lets you submit a review of a provider or request a correction to their information. In the current version, this stays in your own browser — it doesn't currently reach Pathra, doesn't reach a moderation team, and doesn't automatically change the directory.
If Pathra introduces features that let you submit content directly to Pathra, additional terms may apply to that content at that time.
Third-party providers and services
Pathra links you to third-party healthcare providers and uses third-party communication services such as WhatsApp and telephone networks. These are operated by their own organisations, and Pathra doesn't control how they operate. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them — we'd encourage you to check those where relevant.
Acceptable use
When using Pathra, please don't:
- break the law
- interfere with the website or its services
- introduce malicious code
- attempt unauthorized access to Pathra systems
- impersonate Pathra or another person or organisation
- misuse Pathra services or misrepresent what Pathra provides — including falsely representing Pathra as providing clinical care
- use Pathra to facilitate unlawful activity
- systematically extract or misuse Pathra content in ways not permitted by applicable law or these Terms
Intellectual property
Pathra's name, logo, branding, original content, website design, and software/interface elements belong to Pathra. Using the website doesn't give you ownership of any of this. Provider information and other third-party material shown on Pathra may belong to their respective owners, and Pathra doesn't claim ownership over material it doesn't own.
Service availability and changes
Pathra may update website content, correct information, modify, add, or remove features, update directory information, or suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We don't promise that every service will always be available or that the website will operate without interruption.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Pathra doesn't guarantee the accuracy of directory information, the quality or availability of a listed provider, healthcare outcomes, that a particular provider is suitable for you, or that the website will operate without interruption.
This doesn't mean Pathra accepts no responsibility for anything, or that you give up rights the law says you're entitled to. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or protection that applicable Nigerian law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pathra's responsibility is limited in connection with matters such as: your dealings with third-party healthcare providers found through Find Healthcare; directory information that has changed or wasn't fully verified; decisions you make based on general guidance from Talk to Pathra or content on Pathra Insights; technical interruptions to the website; and other matters genuinely outside Pathra's reasonable control.
This limitation doesn't remove statutory consumer rights or other legal protections you have under Nigerian law that can't lawfully be excluded, and it isn't intended as a blanket waiver of Pathra's responsibilities.
Children and young people
Pathra Wellness is designed to be usable across a range of ages and life-stages, and younger users may use relevant Pathra services subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards. We don't currently operate a formal age-verification or parental-consent system. Our Privacy & Data Notice says more about how this relates to children's information specifically.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory legal rights you have that apply regardless.
Pathra may update these Terms as our services, technology, or applicable legal requirements change. We'll update the version on this page when that happens.
